By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (\u201cthe Trader\u201d) and the Company. You have a duty to read this Agreement carefully before using the services. Continued use of the services shall constitute your acceptance of these terms, including any future amendments.<\/p>\n<p>\u516c\u53f8\u4fdd\u7559\u968f\u65f6\u81ea\u884c\u51b3\u5b9a\u6682\u505c\u3001\u4fee\u6539\u3001\u4fee\u8ba2\u6216\u7ec8\u6b62\u672c\u534f\u8bae\u7684\u6743\u5229\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u5bf9\u672c\u6761\u6b3e\u7684\u66f4\u65b0\u90fd\u5c06\u901a\u8fc7\u4fee\u8ba2\u751f\u6548\u65e5\u671f\u4f53\u73b0\uff0c\u60a8\u5728\u66f4\u65b0\u540e\u7ee7\u7eed\u4f7f\u7528\u670d\u52a1\u5373\u6784\u6210\u60a8\u63a5\u53d7\u4fee\u8ba2\u540e\u7684\u534f\u8bae\u3002<\/p>\n<p>PropFunders \u672a\u7ecf\u82f1\u56fd\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u4e3a\u76d1\u7ba1\u5c40 (FCA) \u6388\u6743\u6216\u76d1\u7ba1\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u63d0\u4f9b\u4efb\u4f55\u53d7\u76d1\u7ba1\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u4ea7\u54c1\u6216\u670d\u52a1\u3002\u6240\u6709\u4ea4\u6613\u6d3b\u52a8\u5747\u5728\u6a21\u62df\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u4e0d\u5177\u5907\u4efb\u4f55\u8d27\u5e01\u4ef7\u503c\u7684\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u91d1\u3002\u4ea4\u6613\u8005\u4e0d\u6295\u8d44\u771f\u5b9e\u8d44\u91d1\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u4e5f\u4e0d\u62db\u63fd\u3001\u7ba1\u7406\u6216\u6301\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u5ba2\u6237\u5b58\u6b3e\u3002\u672c\u670d\u52a1\u65e8\u5728\u63d0\u4f9b\u6559\u80b2\u548c\u4e1a\u7ee9\u8bc4\u4f30\uff0c\u5e76\u975e\u65e8\u5728\u6784\u6210\u6295\u8d44\u5efa\u8bae\u6216\u6295\u8d44\u9080\u8bf7\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">1. \u670d\u52a1\u6027\u8d28<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.1. \u6a21\u62df\u73af\u5883\uff1a<\/strong>&nbsp;\u6839\u636e\u672c\u534f\u8bae\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u6240\u6709\u4ea4\u6613\u5747\u5728\u6a21\u62df\/\u6f14\u793a\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u91d1\u8fdb\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.2. \u6559\u80b2\u76ee\u7684\uff1a<\/strong>&nbsp;\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u4e3b\u8981\u4e3a\u6559\u80b2\u6027\u8d28\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u4e0d\u63d0\u4f9b\u8d22\u52a1\u5efa\u8bae\u6216\u6295\u8d44\u5efa\u8bae\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.3. \u98ce\u9669\u62ab\u9732\uff1a<\/strong>&nbsp;\u8fc7\u53bb\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u5e76\u4e0d\u4ee3\u8868\u672a\u6765\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u3002\u4ea4\u6613\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u4ea4\u6613\u8005\u4e0d\u5e94\u4f7f\u7528\u65e0\u6cd5\u627f\u53d7\u635f\u5931\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\u8fdb\u884c\u4ea4\u6613\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.4. \u65e0\u9700\u5ba2\u6237\u5b58\u6b3e\uff1a<\/strong>&nbsp;\u6211\u4eec\u4e0d\u63a5\u53d7\u5ba2\u6237\u5b58\u6b3e\u3002\u7528\u4e8e\u4ea4\u6613\u8bc4\u4f30\u7684\u6240\u6709\u8d44\u91d1\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u7531\u516c\u53f8\u63d0\u4f9b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.5. \u5047\u8bbe\u7ed3\u679c\u514d\u8d23\u58f0\u660e\uff1a<\/strong> \u4efb\u4f55\u5047\u8bbe\u6216\u6a21\u62df\u7684\u4e1a\u7ee9\u7ed3\u679c\u90fd\u6709\u5176\u56fa\u6709\u7684\u5c40\u9650\u6027\u3002\u4e0e\u5b9e\u9645\u4e1a\u7ee9\u8bb0\u5f55\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u6a21\u62df\u7ed3\u679c\u5e76\u4e0d\u4ee3\u8868\u5b9e\u9645\u4ea4\u6613\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u56e0\u5404\u79cd\u5e02\u573a\u56e0\u7d20\u800c\u8865\u507f\u4e0d\u8db3\u6216\u8fc7\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">2. \u4ea4\u6613\u7a0b\u5e8f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2.1. \u8fdd\u89c4\u540e\u679c\uff1a\u8fdd\u53cd\u4e0b\u5217\u4efb\u4f55\u89c4\u5219\u5c06\u5bfc\u81f4\u53d6\u6d88\u8d44\u683c\u6216\u8d26\u6237\u7ec8\u6b62\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\u8d85\u8fc7\u6bcf\u65e5\u6700\u5927\u635f\u5931\u989d\u6216\u6700\u5927\u635f\u5931\u989d<\/p>\n<p>\u4ece\u4e8b\u7b2c 5 \u8282\uff08\u7981\u6b62\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u7b56\u7565\uff09\u4e2d\u63cf\u8ff0\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u6d3b\u52a8<\/p>\n<p>3.3. \u8fdd\u89c4\u4e0d\u4e88\u91cd\u8003\uff1a\u5982\u679c\u4ea4\u6613\u5458\u8fdd\u53cd\u4efb\u4f55\u8bc4\u4f30\u89c4\u5219\u6216\u4ea4\u6613\u76ee\u6807\uff0c\u5219\u8bc4\u4f30\u89c6\u4e3a\u5931\u8d25\u3002\u5982\u9700\u518d\u6b21\u5c1d\u8bd5\uff0c\u5219\u9700\u91cd\u65b0\u8d2d\u4e70\u8bc4\u4f30\u670d\u52a1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>3.4. \u5468\u672b\u6301\u4ed3\u53ca\u65b0\u95fb\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff1a\u9664\u975e\u53e6\u6709\u89c4\u5b9a\u6216\u901a\u8fc7\u9644\u52a0\u8d2d\u4e70\uff0c\u5373\u65f6\u8d44\u91d1\u8ba1\u5212\u4e0d\u5141\u8bb8\u5728\u5468\u672b\u6301\u4ed3\u3002\u91cd\u5927\u7ecf\u6d4e\u65b0\u95fb\u4e8b\u4ef6\u53d1\u751f\u524d\u540e3\u5206\u949f\u5185\u4e5f\u4e0d\u5141\u8bb8\u4ea4\u6613\u3002\u8fdd\u53cd\u89c4\u5b9a\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u8f7b\u5fae\u8fdd\u89c4\u6216\u8d26\u6237\u7ec8\u6b62\uff0c\u5177\u4f53\u60c5\u51b5\u89c6\u8fdd\u89c4\u7a0b\u5ea6\u800c\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>3.5. \u8f7b\u5fae\u8fdd\u89c4\uff1a\u7d2f\u8ba1\u4e09\u6b21\u6216\u4e09\u6b21\u4ee5\u4e0a\u8f7b\u5fae\u8fdd\u89c4\u5c06\u5bfc\u81f4\u4ea4\u6613\u5458\u8d44\u683c\u7ec8\u6b62\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u6bcf\u6b21\u8fdd\u89c4\u5355\u72ec\u6765\u770b\u5e76\u672a\u5bfc\u81f4\u4ea4\u6613\u5458\u4e27\u5931\u8d44\u683c\u3002\u6709\u5173\u8f7b\u5fae\u8fdd\u89c4\u7684\u5177\u4f53\u6784\u6210\uff0c\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u7b2c5\u8282\u3002<\/p>\n<p>3.6. \u6700\u4f4e\u4ea4\u6613\u65e5\u5b9a\u4e49\uff1a\u6700\u4f4e\u4ea4\u6613\u65e5\u662f\u6307\u4ea4\u6613\u8005\u5728\u5176\u6a21\u62df\u8d26\u6237\u4f59\u989d\u4e2d\u5b9e\u73b0\u81f3\u5c11 0.5% \u76c8\u5229\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u65e5\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u8fbe\u5230\u6b64\u76c8\u5229\u95e8\u69db\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u65e5\u624d\u4f1a\u8ba1\u5165\u8d26\u6237\u589e\u957f\u6216\u83b7\u5f97\u63d0\u73b0\u8d44\u683c\u6240\u9700\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u4ea4\u6613\u65e5\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">4. \u8d44\u672c\u914d\u7f6e\u548c\u89c4\u6a21\u5316<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u516c\u53f8\u4e3a\u4ea4\u6613\u5458\u63d0\u4f9b\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u91d1\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u6a21\u62df\u4ea4\u6613\u3002\u5728\u8d26\u6237\u6269\u5bb9\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u6bcf\u4f4d\u4ea4\u6613\u5458\u53ef\u83b7\u5f97\u7684\u6700\u9ad8\u521d\u59cb\u8d44\u91d1\u989d\u5ea6\u4e3a$450,000\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u91d1\u3002\u4ea4\u6613\u5458\u9700\u6ee1\u8db3\u4e1a\u7ee9\u8981\u6c42\u5e76\u9075\u5b88\u6240\u6709\u4ea4\u6613\u89c4\u5219\u548c\u9879\u76ee\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u65b9\u53ef\u83b7\u5f97\u8d26\u6237\u6269\u5bb9\u8d44\u683c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Through the Company\u2019s Account Scaling Plan, the virtual capital allocation may be increased incrementally based on profitability and consistency. The total capital allocation available to a Trader under the scaling plan may reach up to USD$2,500,000, and in certain cases, may exceed this amount through the use of approved add-ons.<\/p>\n<p>\u516c\u53f8\u5168\u6743\u914c\u60c5\u51b3\u5b9a\u662f\u5426\u8c03\u6574\u4ea4\u6613\u89c4\u6a21\uff0c\u5e76\u53ef\u80fd\u8003\u8651\u98ce\u9669\u7ba1\u7406\u3001\u56de\u64a4\u63a7\u5236\u3001\u4ea4\u6613\u884c\u4e3a\u4ee5\u53ca\u9075\u5b88\u6240\u6709\u5e73\u53f0\u6761\u6b3e\u548c\u6761\u4ef6\u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u4ea4\u6613\u8005\u77e5\u6089\u6240\u6709\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\u5747\u4e3a\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u91d1\uff0c\u4ec5\u7528\u4e8e\u5728\u6a21\u62df\u73af\u5883\u4e0b\u8fdb\u884c\u4e1a\u7ee9\u8bc4\u4f30\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">5. \u7981\u6b62\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u7b56\u7565<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4ea4\u6613\u7b56\u7565\u5c06\u5bfc\u81f4\u7ec8\u6b62\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u8ddf\u5355\u4ea4\u6613\uff1a<\/strong>&nbsp;\u4ec5\u5141\u8bb8\u4ece\u540c\u4e00\u4eba\u540d\u4e0b\u7684\u5176\u4ed6PropFunders\u8d26\u6237\u3001\u7ecf\u7eaa\u8d26\u6237\u6216\u81ea\u8425\u516c\u53f8\u8d26\u6237\u8fdb\u884c\u8ddf\u5355\u4ea4\u6613\u3002\u4e25\u7981\u4f7f\u7528\u975e\u540c\u4e00\u4eba\u540d\u4e0b\u7684\u8d26\u6237\u8fdb\u884c\u8ddf\u5355\u4ea4\u6613\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u8d26\u6237\u7ba1\u7406\u670d\u52a1\uff1a<\/strong>&nbsp;Not allowed. Trading must be based solely on the Trader\u2019s ability.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u5177\u4f53\u4ea4\u6613\u7b56\u7565\uff1a<\/strong>&nbsp;High Frequency Trading (HFT), arbitrage trading, exploiting errors or latency in the pricing and\/or platform(s), one sided betting, \u2018pass your challenge\u2019 type services, using third party signals, group trading, tick trading\/tick scalping, hedging on two different PropFunders accounts in attempt to ensure one is profitable and similar strategies used to game the system.<\/li>\n<li><strong>EA \u4ea4\u6613\uff1a<\/strong>&nbsp;\u4f46\u4e0b\u5217\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u5141\u8bb8\uff1a\n<ul>\n<li>Does not copy trades of other person\u2019s signals<\/li>\n<li>\u4e0d\u8fdb\u884c\u77ed\u7ebf\u4ea4\u6613<\/li>\n<li>\u4e0d\u8fdb\u884c\u5ef6\u8fdf\u5957\u5229\u4ea4\u6613<\/li>\n<li>\u4e0d\u8fdb\u884c\u53cd\u5411\u5957\u5229\u4ea4\u6613<\/li>\n<li>\u4e0d\u8fdb\u884c\u5957\u671f\u4fdd\u503c\u4ea4\u6613<\/li>\n<li>\u4e0d\u4f7f\u7528\u6a21\u62df\u5668<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to the above, the use of Expert Advisors (EAs) is strictly prohibited in circumstances where the Trader does not have exclusive ownership of the EA\u2019s source code or where the EA is commercially available to the public, including but not limited to those that can be purchased online or acquired through similar distribution channels. The Company prohibits the use of any EA that may result in identical or substantially similar trading patterns across multiple traders\u2019 accounts, such as those arising from shared strategies or commonly available third-party EAs. This policy is intended to ensure that all trading activity remains individual and skill-based, and to prevent coordinated or replicated trading behavior that undermines the integrity of the simulated environment.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>IP\u5730\u5740\u4e00\u81f4\u6027\uff1a<\/strong>&nbsp;\u7528\u4e8e\u767b\u5f55\u4e3b\u8d26\u6237\u7684IP\u5730\u5740\u6240\u5728\u5730\u533a\u5fc5\u987b\u4fdd\u6301\u4e00\u81f4\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u8981\u6c42\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u76f8\u5173\u8bc1\u660e\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u673a\u7968\u3001\u62a4\u7167\u5370\u7ae0\u6216\u5b9e\u65f6\u89c6\u9891\u3002\u4e25\u7981\u4f7f\u7528\u540c\u4e00IP\u5730\u5740\u521b\u5efa\u591a\u4e2a\u8d26\u6237\uff0c\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62\u56e2\u8d2d\u5e76\u786e\u4fdd\u516c\u5e73\u6027\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u8f6f\u6027\u8fdd\u89c4\u653f\u7b56\uff1a&nbsp;<\/strong>In addition to the circumstances outlined above, the Company reserves the right to terminate a Trader\u2019s account upon the accumulation of three (3) or more soft breaches, even if each breach individually does not constitute grounds for immediate termination. A soft breach refers to a minor violation of trading rules that, while not immediately disqualifying, indicates a pattern of non-compliance. Examples of soft breaches may include, but are not limited to, failing to close trades prior to news events or weekend holding violations where prohibited. The Trader agrees to provide all necessary documentation to satisfy the Company\u2019s KYC and AML requirements.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">7. \u8d23\u4efb\u9650\u5236<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u516c\u53f8\u5bf9\u4ea4\u6613\u8005\u906d\u53d7\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u635f\u5931\u6982\u4e0d\u8d1f\u8d23\u3002\u4ea4\u6613\u8005\u77e5\u6089\u91d1\u878d\u5e02\u573a\u4ea4\u6613\u6d89\u53ca\u91cd\u5927\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u5e76\u987b\u81ea\u884c\u627f\u62c5\u4ea4\u6613\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u635f\u5931\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u9664\u4ea4\u6613\u8005\u5b9e\u9645\u83b7\u5f97\u7684\u6536\u76ca\u5916\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u6240\u6709\u8d44\u91d1\u5747\u4e3a\u865a\u62df\u8d44\u91d1\u3002\u4ea4\u6613\u8005\u7406\u89e3\u5e76\u540c\u610f\uff0c\u5728\u516c\u53f8\u5b9e\u9645\u652f\u4ed8\u6536\u76ca\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u6a21\u62df\u8d26\u6237\u4e2d\u83b7\u5f97\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u5229\u6da6\u5747\u4e3a\u865a\u62df\u5229\u6da6\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u4ea4\u6613\u8005\u627f\u8ba4\u5e76\u540c\u610f\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u4ea4\u6613\u6d3b\u52a8\u5747\u5728\u6a21\u62df\u73af\u5883\u4e0b\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u5e76\u53d7\u6280\u672f\u9650\u5236\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u56e0\u5e73\u53f0\u6027\u80fd\u95ee\u9898\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4f46\u4e0d\u9650\u4e8e\u6ed1\u70b9\u3001\u5ef6\u8fdf\u3001\u6267\u884c\u5ef6\u8fdf\u3001\u4ef7\u683c\u5dee\u5f02\u3001\u7cfb\u7edf\u6545\u969c\u3001\u7f51\u7edc\u65ad\u5f00\u6216\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u6280\u672f\u6545\u969c\u6216\u9519\u8bef\uff0c\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u6982\u4e0d\u8d1f\u8d23\u3002\u4ea4\u6613\u8005\u63a5\u53d7\u6b64\u7c7b\u95ee\u9898\u53ef\u80fd\u5f71\u54cd\u4ea4\u6613\u7ed3\u679c\uff0c\u4e14\u6a21\u62df\u73af\u5883\u53ef\u80fd\u65e0\u6cd5\u5b8c\u5168\u590d\u5236\u771f\u5b9e\u5e02\u573a\u72b6\u51b5\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u7531\u6b64\u7c7b\u60c5\u51b5\u5bfc\u81f4\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u635f\u5931\u3001\u9519\u5931\u826f\u673a\u6216\u5dee\u5f02\uff0c\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u6982\u4e0d\u627f\u62c5\u4efb\u4f55\u8d23\u4efb\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong \u4fdd\u5bc6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u53cc\u65b9\u540c\u610f\u5bf9\u672c\u534f\u8bae\u7684\u6240\u6709\u6761\u6b3e\u4fdd\u5bc6\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u672a\u7ecf\u4e8b\u5148\u4e66\u9762\u540c\u610f\u4e0d\u5f97\u5411\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u62ab\u9732\u6709\u5173\u4ea4\u6613\u7b56\u7565\u3001\u8d26\u6237\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u6216\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u4e13\u6709\u4fe1\u606f\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">9. \u4fee\u8ba2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u534f\u8bae\u6784\u6210\u53cc\u65b9\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5168\u90e8\u8c05\u89e3\uff0c\u5e76\u53d6\u4ee3\u4e4b\u524d\u7684\u6240\u6709\u8ba8\u8bba\u3001\u534f\u8bae\u6216\u4efb\u4f55\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u8c05\u89e3\u3002\u5bf9\u672c\u534f\u8bae\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u4fee\u8ba2\u6216\u4fee\u6539\u90fd\u5fc5\u987b\u4ee5\u4e66\u9762\u5f62\u5f0f\u8fdb\u884c\u5e76\u7531\u53cc\u65b9\u7b7e\u7f72\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">10. \u9002\u7528\u6cd5\u5f8b\u548c\u7ba1\u8f96\u6743<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u534f\u8bae\u53d7\u82f1\u56fd\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7ba1\u8f96\u5e76\u4f9d\u5176\u89e3\u91ca\u3002\u56e0\u672c\u534f\u8bae\u5f15\u8d77\u6216\u4e0e\u672c\u534f\u8bae\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u4e89\u8bae\u5e94\u901a\u8fc7\u82f1\u56fd\u8c03\u89e3\u89e3\u51b3\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u624d\u80fd\u63d0\u8d77\u4efb\u4f55\u8bc9\u8bbc\u6216\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">11. \u8d54\u507f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Trader agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with the Trader\u2019s trading activities or breach of this Agreement.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">12. \u8d26\u6237\u7ec8\u6b62<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Company reserves the right to terminate the Trader\u2019s account under the following circumstances:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u672a\u80fd\u6ee1\u8db3 KYC \u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u4f7f\u7528\u7b2c 5 \u6761\uff08\u7981\u6b62\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u7b56\u7565\uff09\u4e2d\u5217\u51fa\u7684\u7981\u6b62\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u7b56\u7565\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u5982\u679c\u516c\u53f8\u68c0\u6d4b\u5230\u60a8\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u6784\u6210\u8fdd\u7981\u4ea4\u6613\uff0c\u60a8\u5c06\u88ab\u7ec8\u6b62\u53c2\u4e0e\u8be5\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u53ef\u80fd\u6ca1\u6536\u5df2\u652f\u4ed8\u7ed9\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u8d39\u7528\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u4ea4\u6613\u8005\u83b7\u5f97\u8d44\u91d1\u8d26\u6237\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u548c\u7ecf\u7eaa\u5546\u5c06\u5ba1\u67e5\u8be5\u4ea4\u6613\u8005\u6839\u636e\u672c\u6761\u6b3e\u548c\u6761\u4ef6\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u5b9a\u8be5\u4ea4\u6613\u6d3b\u52a8\u662f\u5426\u6784\u6210\u8fdd\u7981\u4ea4\u6613\u3002\u5982\u679c\u5b58\u5728\u8fdd\u7981\u4ea4\u6613\uff0c\u8be5\u4ea4\u6613\u8005\u5c06\u65e0\u6cd5\u83b7\u5f97\u8d44\u91d1\u8d26\u6237\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additionally, the Company reserves the right to disallow or block any Trader from participating in the program for any reason, in the Company\u2019s sole and absolute discretion.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">13. \u53ef\u5206\u5272\u6027<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u672c\u534f\u8bae\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u6761\u6b3e\u88ab\u6709\u7ba1\u8f96\u6743\u7684\u6cd5\u9662\u8ba4\u5b9a\u4e3a\u65e0\u6548\u6216\u4e0d\u53ef\u6267\u884c\uff0c\u5219\u8be5\u6761\u6b3e\u5e94\u4e0e\u672c\u534f\u8bae\u7684\u5176\u4f59\u90e8\u5206\u5206\u79bb\uff0c\u4f46\u672c\u534f\u8bae\u7684\u5176\u4f59\u90e8\u5206\u4ecd\u7136\u5b8c\u5168\u6709\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">14. \u901a\u77e5<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u534f\u8bae\u8981\u6c42\u6216\u5141\u8bb8\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u901a\u77e5\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u901a\u4fe1\u5747\u5e94\u91c7\u7528\u4e66\u9762\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c\u5e76\u5e94\u5728\u4eb2\u81ea\u9012\u9001\u6216\u901a\u8fc7\u6302\u53f7\u4fe1\u3001\u8981\u6c42\u56de\u6267\u6216\u901a\u8fc7\u7535\u5b50\u90ae\u4ef6\u53d1\u9001\u81f3\u53cc\u65b9\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u5730\u5740\u65f6\u89c6\u4e3a\u5df2\u6b63\u5f0f\u53d1\u51fa\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">16. \u4fdd\u6301\u66f4\u65b0\u7684\u8d23\u4efb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Company reserves the right to change its terms and conditions and rules by posting updates on its website.
